Our Atlassian Marketplace plugins are securely hosted in the cloud with Data Residency support activated based on your pinned Jira location. Vansah utilizes DigitalOcean and AWS data centers. We are the sole owner of the data and retain full control over the information hosted in these centers.

Vansah is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining a robust Information Security Management System (ISMS) and implementing industry-leading security controls across our operations.

In addition, our hosting providers are certified in ISO/IEC 27018, ISO/IEC 27001, and SOC 1/2/3. These certifications enforce strict policies governing the protection, return, transfer, and deletion of personal information. The compliance of DigitalOcean and AWS with these standards further enhances transparency and security, giving you confidence in the protection of your data.
